Working in an Integrative way, we will focus on what your particular needs are and how we can bring about shifts in the way we relate to ourselves and others.


My aim for you is that you begin to listen to yourself in a different way, as Thich Nhat Hanh says,

 “…first of all we must learn to deal peacefully with ourselves”.
